I’m a NY gal through and through, born and raised in Rochester and now living in Buffalo with my husband, Andrey, and our two pups, Hamilton and Rosie.
When I was 21, I was hit by a drunk driver while walking with my mom. Recovery was tough and long, but it taught me life is so incredibly short and so incredibly precious. That experience gave me the courage to pursue photography full-time. It reminded me that the little moments—the ones we often take for granted—are the ones that matter most.
Do you remember flipping through old family photo albums? The ones where every photo told a story—your parents’ wedding day, your grandparents dancing in the kitchen, or that one blurry shot of your uncle laughing so hard he cried?
I still get a little giddy thinking about those faded edges and handwritten dates in the margins.
That’s where my love for photography began. I’ve always been obsessed with the idea of freezing time, holding onto the moments that make life so sweet.
Now, I get to do that for you.
Andrey is my high school sweetheart, husband, and second shooter. We have known each other for 10+ years. I trust him with my life, my heart, my pup, and this biz of mine. You can trust him to get to know the groom and groomsmen, capture your special moments, and keep the party going when the dancing starts!
Rosie is our newest addition — a golden collie mix with the spunkiest little personality. We adopted her this past year, and fun fact: we actually share a birthday! She used to be shy and timid but now she is convinced that everyone she meets is her new best friend. She brings the kind of sunshine energy that makes even the busiest editing days feel lighter.
Hamilton, on the other hand, has been with us since he was 8 weeks old. He’s a golden retriever who is only 3, but acts like he’s 90. Think: wise old man in a fluffy golden body. He loves a slow stroll, a good nap, and supervising life from the comfiest spot he can find.
Together, they’re the heart of our little family. The chaos, the comfort, and the sweetest part of coming home after photographing a wedding day.
As much as I love traveling, there’s nothing better than curling up on the couch with my pups and a good movie.
I believe kindness changes everything, and the best moments are the ones shared with people (and pups) you love.
Binge-watching TLC wedding shows and planning my dream wedding. (Yes, I had a favorite Pnina Tornai gown at age 10. No, I didn’t end up wearing it.)
If there’s an estate sale or antique shop nearby, you can bet I’m there hunting for treasures.
