Gina and Jeff’s paths had crossed several times over the years. Jeff even DMed Gina in 2013, but the timing wasn’t right. Five short years later, Jeff took another chance and messaged Gina. This time, fate had its way, and their love story began. As Gina beautifully put it, “Fate has a weird way of circling back over paths that were meant to cross… what is meant to be, will be!”

Gina had a timeless look on her wedding day with her stunning satin white gown and a cathedral-length veil with soft lace detailing.

The bridesmaids complemented her in black dresses in assorted styles, carrying bouquets of white roses and baby’s breath that complimented Gina’s white orchid bouquet. Jeff and his groomsmen kept it classic with black tuxes.

Jeff was also Gina’s “something blue,” with a heart patch featuring a “thin blue line” and his badge number sewn under her dress.

Post-ceremony, guests were invited to cocktail hour at 500 Pearl while the bride and groom took photos with their family and the wedding party.

Modern black tablecloths and classic white tapered candles allowed the floral arrangements to take center stage. White roses and baby’s breath spread down the middle of each table, adding an elegant touch to the modern reception space. Each table also had menu cards designed with the same modern, sleek aesthetic as the rest of the wedding decor. The couple also had personalized champagne flutes at their table, adding a personal touch to their reception.

A Touching Tribute

Their wedding day was an emotional and heartfelt celebration that honored not only their love for each other but also the loved ones they’ve lost. It was important to Gina and Jeff to incorporate tributes to Jeff’s dad, all four sets of grandparents, and Gina’s beloved dog, Daisy. Tributes included a flower in her bouquet, bouquet charms, a daisy flower patch sewn into her dresses, a signature drink, napkins, and even the dessert table.
